Methodology & Training Systems Lead
He holds a Master’s degree from the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport (Comenius University) and an Ice Hockey Coach License B. Since 1998 he has worked in player development at HKM Zvolen and later as Sports Director at HDC, where he designed training methodology, diagnostics, testing processes, and coach education programs. He has extensive experience with Slovak national teams (U17/U18/U20), including a bronze medal at the U20 World Championship in Toronto. His work focuses on structured training systems, annual planning, and the transition of young players to senior hockey, directly supporting HDTS training centers and methodology programs. Player Development, Team Performance
He is an ice hockey coach with experience in player development, team performance, and structured training systems. He holds a Master’s degree from the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport at Comenius University in Bratislava and an Ice Hockey Coach License B. His work focuses on annual training planning, diagnostics, game preparation, and the long-term development of players and teams. Within the HDTS training environment, he supports the practical application of hockey methodology and the delivery of structured training programs in modern hockey development centers.

He obtained University degree in the field of Industrial Robots and Manipulators. He has been actively involved in athletics, primarily sprints and skiing. At the present he as a lecturer implements the model of individual player preparation within hockey center programs, IIS support as well as marketing kits. He is actively engaged in the development of new ice hockey technologies and their application in hockey centers.

One of the most respected experts in the field of general and specific physical activity in training and game conditions. His extensive experience as a coach and personal trainer of Slovakia, a personal trainer at the Olympic Games in Salt Lake City, Sydney Olympics, World Cup, European Championship as well as several championships with the hockey team HC Slovan Bratislava. And it’s invaluable knowledge we provide our HDC center.
